The plane table with telescopic alidade (kipregel) was made in 1940. The set used for the graphical detail measurement is considered to be one of the most complex, but it could not replace the advantages of the numerical measurement. The instrument has a circular and two toric levels for setting up the plane table. A reversible levelling toric level is also attached to the telescope. There is no horizontal circle, but a vertical circle provides a resolution of 1'. The Reichenbach crosshairs allow optical measurement of distances. The distances obtained from the tacheometer staff reading are first levelled with respect to the measured zenith distance. The horizontal distances are then applied to the drawing surface using a bow compass with the help of the graphic vernier at a scale 1: 1000 on the metal ruler of the instrument.

The instrument is in the same condition as when it was originally taken out of service.
